Welcome to cachasol.com, operated under the Cachasol Farm Distillery brand by Tequila Escondido, Inc. and Tequila Escondido Operaciones, S.A. de C.V. On-site experiences, the restaurant, and farm operations in Sayulita, Nayarit are operated by Tequila Escondido Operaciones, S.A. de C.V. Online spirits sales are offered through Tequila Escondido, Inc. and fulfilled by licensed retailers via BottleNexus. By using this site, booking an experience, or purchasing our spirits, you agree to these terms.

Age Requirement

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use this site. Spirits purchases shipped within the United States are limited to buyers 21 and older. An adult signature from a recipient 21 or older is required at delivery. Guests under 18 may visit the farm and restaurant with an adult but may not participate in tastings.

Tour and Experience Bookings

Tours, tastings, and classes are booked through our booking partner, Bokun. Pricing, availability, and cancellation terms are presented at the time of booking and form part of your agreement. We reserve the right to modify or cancel experiences due to weather, capacity, or circumstances beyond our control; in that case we will offer a rebooking or refund per the booking terms.

Spirits Purchases and Shipping

Online spirits purchases are fulfilled through BottleNexus and its network of licensed retailers. We ship to 48 US states. Title to alcohol passes in accordance with the fulfilling retailer's terms. It is your responsibility to confirm that receiving shipped alcohol is legal in your location.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, photography, logos, and the Cachasol name and marks, is the property of Tequila Escondido, Inc. or its licensors. Commercial use of brand assets requires written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cachasol Farm Distillery and its operating entities are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in experiences. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms, and any purchase made through our online spirits shop, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Tequila Escondido, Inc. is a Delaware corporation. Bookings for on-site tours, tastings, classes, and dining are additionally subject to the terms presented at the time of booking and applicable local law in Nayarit, Mexico.
