At Cachasol, we cook the way we live—simple, bold, and connected to the land. Our restaurant is rooted in farm-to-table traditions, with most ingredients sourced directly from our on-site gardens or neighboring fields here in Sayulita.

The kitchen is open, the flavors are honest, and the plates are meant to be shared—not staged. We don’t overdo it; we just do it right.

Farm Antojitos

Our take on classic Mexican street food, made with fresh masa, house salsas, and fire-grilled local proteins.

  • Handmade quesadillas with Oaxaca cheese, flor de calabaza, chorizo, and more

  • Sopes, esquites, ceviches, and cactus salad

The Experience
