Garden Inspired Cocktails
Crafted with care and inspired by what grows around us, these margaritas are built to bring out the clean, bold flavors of our award-winning Cachasol Tequilas and Raicilla.
Each recipe is a little ode to the gardens here in Sayulita—bright, balanced, and made to sip slow.

The Skinny-ish & Delish Margarita
Our twist on the classic skinny marg—simple, fresh, and highly quaffable.
Ingredients:
2 oz (60 ml) Cachasol Blanco Tequila
0.75 oz (22 ml) Cointreau Triple Sec
0.75 oz (22 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
Top with Topo chico
Method:
Shake tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice with ice. Salt the rim of your glass, pour over ice, and top with mineral water.
Tamarind Margarita
Sweet, sour, and a little spicy—this one’s got layers.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz (45 ml) Cachasol Blanco Tequila
1 oz (30 ml) Tamarind Pulp
1/5 oz (5 ml) Orange Liqueur
1/3 oz (10 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1/3 oz (10 ml) Guajillo Chili & Piloncillo Reduction
1/5 oz (5 ml) Simple Syrup
Method:
Rim your glass with guajillo chili + tortilla salt. Shake everything with ice and strain.
Garnish: Dehydrated fruit with chili on top.
Spicy Margarita
A kick of heat, plenty of lime, and a tajín rim for extra fun.
Ingredients:
0.75 oz / 22 ml Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 oz / 22 ml Orange Liqueur
0.5 oz / 15 ml Chili Syrup
1.5 oz / 45 ml Cachasol Blanco Tequila
Method:
Rim your glass with tajín. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain.
Garnish: Dehydrated lime with caramelized chili.

Hibiscus Margarita
Floral, tart, and super refreshing—this one feels like a garden party.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz (45 ml) Cachasol Raicilla
1 oz / 30 ml Hibiscus Juice
0.33 oz (10 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
0.33 oz (10 ml) Simple Syrup
0.25 oz (7 ml) Orange Liqueur
Method:
Rim your glass with hibiscus-chili salt. Shake and strain.
Garnish: Dehydrated hibiscus flower.
Soursop Margarita
Fruity, floral, and just a little wild—this one’s all summer.
Ingredients:
0.33 oz (10 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
0.17 oz (5 ml) Orange Liqueur
0.5 oz (15 ml) Bugambilia Flower Syrup
1 oz (30 ml) Soursop Concentrate
1.5 oz (45 ml) Cachasol Blanco Tequila
Method:
Shake it all up and strain into your glass.
Garnish: Caramelized dehydrated bugambilia flower.
Guava Margarita
Tart, tropical, and just the right amount of sweet—with a smooth tequila finish.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz / 45 ml Cachasol Blanco Tequila
1 oz / 30 ml Fresh Guava Juice or Purée
0.75 oz / 22 ml Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz / 15 ml Orange Liqueur
0.25 oz / 7 ml Agave Syrup (optional, depending on guava sweetness)
Method:
Shake everything with ice and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish: Caramelized dehydrated bugambilia flower.
